Overview
Mifî-mêî Bî was founded durring the late 9th century, by Ymviesh Tshêthèdo. The establishment of Mifî-mêî Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Mifî-mêî Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Mifî-mêî Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mifî-mêî Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Mifî-mêî Bî is is constructed arround a series of spacious paverstone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. Unfortuantly, these failry decent fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Mifî-mêî Bî has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Mifî-mêî Bî ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Likely due to this, Mifî-mêî Bî is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to have homes. One cannot help but wonder what Mifî-mêî Bî was like during the glorydays.

It may function only intermittently, now, or its effects may have curdled into something double-edged. The locals have no idea how to fix it, and indeed, it may not be possible to repair it with modern science or sorcery.
Mifî-mêî Bî makes use of canals for some of its streets. Locals often fish in the canals.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Mifî-mêî Bî was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Mifî-mêî Bî lost 210 people, 157 livestock, and 89 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 76, when members of Mifî-mêî Bî's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a particular research site. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the research site, which ended in a stalemate for Mifî-mêî Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Mifî-mêî Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
